What we can and cannot carry.

Cross-border transport is regulated. To keep every parcel — and every transporter — safe and legal, some items are never accepted, and others need prior arrangement.

Never accepted

Cash, gold or precious stones
Firearms, ammunition & weapons
Illegal drugs & restricted substances
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Live animals
Flammable, corrosive or hazardous materials
Pornographic or illegal material
Human or animal remains

Sending prohibited goods is a breach of our terms and may be a criminal offence. Parcels are subject to inspection and may be refused or handed to authorities.

Items that need prior arrangement.

  • Perishable food — only with prior arrangement and suitable packaging
  • Medication — must be sealed, labelled and accompanied by a prescription
  • High-value electronics — declare the value so cover can be arranged
  • Large appliances — subject to space and route availability
